Color PPF Installation Addison, IL | Auto Style PPF

Bespoke Color Change PPF & Clear Bra Armor Serving Addison, IL
Commuting along Lake Street (US-20 / IL-19), Swift Road, and Army Trail Road subjects your exterior to continuous high-speed stone chips, pulverized asphalt, and corrosive winter road brine. At Auto Style PPF, we deliver the ultimate two-in-one upgrade: complete aesthetic restyling paired with true 8-mil thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) ballistic defense. Situated at 361 Country Club Dr in Bensenville—literally minutes east of Addison via Lake Street—our climate-regulated clean room provides factory-grade transformations that protect clear coats far beyond traditional cosmetic vinyl.

Key Advantages: Why Color-Infused PPF Beats Standard Restyling
Preserve Resale Equity & OEM Clear Coat: Repainting permanently alters factory finish codes, removes original clear-coat guarantees, and lowers secondary trade-in value. Color-infused TPU film acts as a sacrificial barrier over factory paint, shielding panels against stone gouges, harsh UV rays, and tree sap, while peeling away cleanly when returning a lease or selling.

True 8-Mil Ballistic Armor: While standard cosmetic vinyl measures a fragile 3 to 4 mils and easily tears under highway impact, color PPF features an 8-mil elastic polyurethane core engineered to deflect heavy stone strikes, road grit, parking lot door dings, and minor abrasions.

Sunlight-Activated Self-Healing Surface: Swirl marks, wash hazing, and superficial scuffs vanish on their own. The elastomeric top layer automatically levels out under natural solar heat or warm rinse water, keeping your finish mirror-smooth without mechanical compounding or polishing.

Hydrophobic Topcoat for Effortless Maintenance: The integrated non-porous ceramic top layer sheds road grime, water spots, and brake dust. Routine hand washing or touchless rinses keep the finish immaculate without needing traditional waxes or paint sealants.

Shield Against Harsh Chicagoland Winter Chemicals: DuPage County winters coat road networks in caustic magnesium chloride, liquid brine, and abrasive grit. The dense TPU surface forms an impenetrable shield that stops corrosive salt baths from contacting bare panel seams and factory clear coats.

Transferable 10-Year Warranty Guarantee: Every complete installation is backed by an ironclad 10-year manufacturer warranty tied directly to your vehicle's VIN, guaranteeing comprehensive coverage against peeling, yellowing, delamination, bubbling, and premature color fade.

Precision Installation Standards
Component Removal for Seamless Edges: Master-grade protection leaves no exposed base color. Our technicians carefully disassemble lighting housings, exterior door handles, emblems, and trim pieces to wrap the heavy TPU film deeply around panel returns and into door recesses.

Knifeless Safe-Edge Execution: We prioritize your vehicle's paint integrity by utilizing precision knifeless tape techniques, ensuring sharp blades never touch your underlying factory clear coat.

Dust-Controlled Clean-Room Standards: Installing color TPU requires a dust-filtered, climate-monitored facility to eliminate air-pocket silvering, trapped debris, and edge lifting.

Efficient 3-to-5 Day Project Turnaround: Full vehicle color transformations are completed within 3 to 5 business days, giving our certified team the time needed to thoroughly prep panels, roll returns, and post-heat all edges.

Immediate Addison Proximity: Reaching our Bensenville facility takes roughly 5 to 10 minutes down IL-19 (Lake St) or across Swift Road, making drop-off and pickup completely hassle-free.
